PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE PTC for the Nursery and Primary Section has been rescheduled for Friday, 14 January 2022 while the Secondary Section is slated for Saturday, 15 January 2022.Time: 10:30 a.m. prompt . Attendance is highly necessary as important issues that affect your child/ward will be deliberated upon. EXTRA CLOTHES FOR PREPARATORY CLASS Parents are advised to keep extra clothes in their wards bags in case their clothes get dirty. PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES All school fees should be paid on or before Monday, 10 January 2022. Pupils/students will not be allowed into the school without prove of payment. In case of online payment, evidence of payment should be brought to the school’s accountant or sent to her via this phone number: 09085965687 for collection of receipt(s), with the name(s) of the pupil/student(s) attached. All enquiries on financial matters should be directed to the school’s accountant via the number above. Remember, your child /ward’s teller is his/her gate pass into the school. Meanwhile, those making payment with their company’s name should include the name and grade of the child they are paying for. Grade 12 students should update their payment for both WAEC and NECO before resumption. PUNCTUALITY/PICK-UP TIME Lateness to school is totally unacceptable and defaulters will be sanctioned accordingly. The school gate closes at 8:00 a.m. against Nursery/Primary and Grade 7-9 Students. Grade 10-12 are to be in school at 7:20a.m. Lateness will not be tolerated. Hence, any parent that does not pick up his/her child/ward after thirty 30 minutes of the stipulated time, will pay a fine of five thousand naira (N5,000). OPEN DAY Open Day for second term is slated for Saturday, 12 March 2022. Time: 10:00 a.m. prompt BULLYING Discipline and Character Building are significant part of our vision and mission. We will not tolerate any form of indiscipline such as bully in our school. Any form of deviant behaviour will not be tolerated; serious disciplinary action will be meted out on pupils/students who violate the school rules and regulations. DRESS CODE Your child/ward is expected to dress in a complete uniform or else s/he will be sent back home right from the gate. Girls should wear a white hijab, black/white leggings with white socks and black shoes. The boys should wear a black belt, a neck tie and black shoes regularly. Both boys and girls are expected to appear in clubs and societies outfit on club days and a pair of black canvas on sports days. Moreover, trimmed skirts for girls an streamlined or ‘penciled’ trousers for boys are prohibited. Henceforth, any uniform seized will not be returned to the students. They will be donated to the charity home. GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE The school has introduced a new subject called GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE which is a Cambridge curriculum. A global perspective is a comprehensive lens through which we see the world around us. It shapes how our kids perceive and understand their own identity and the identity of people they interact with, as you begin to understand what goes into shaping culture. In view of this, our kids have been given project work based on GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE. Students are expected to submit the project on MONDAY, 17 JANUARY 2022. CHECKING OF RESULTS Parents are expected to check their wards result via the school webpage on Tuesday, 21 December 2021.
